Born in Australia, I called NYC home for 21 years, where I studied massage at the Swedish Institute. With 20 years remedial massage experience in private practice + 5-star spas in NYC, I also hold certifications in Sculptural Face Lifting Technique, Facial Gua Sha, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Myofascial Cupping, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Kinesiology + Reiki. Depending on your needs, I draw from these modalities. I feel grateful to be part of someone’s healing journey. I am currently seeing clients in tranquil, private therapy spaces at Nimbus Co., Byron Bay.

Sessions include a brief conversation about the history of the issue, assessment, treatment and education. My intention is to support the highest goals of my clients and promote healing on a physical and energetic level. Through bodywork, we gain new information and insights, and have the possibility to shift our awareness and the patterns holding us back, to realign with our original blueprint. Once a deeper level has been gained, it becomes easier to return there again.
