BYRON BAY · BODYWORK · FACE · ENERGY

Welcome. A space to rest, restore, and reconnect.

20 years of bodywork, in a quiet room in Byron Bay. Helping people regulate their nervous system so the body can heal.
One philosophy. Many tools.

Emma McGregor, massage therapist, seated beneath a tree at her Byron Bay studio

Twenty YEARS OF PRACTICE

Eleven modalities.

Sessions guided by your body’s needs.

I trained at the Swedish Institute in New York City, spending many years in private practice and the treatment rooms of five-star Manhattan spas before returning home to the slower rhythm and natural beauty of Byron Bay.

Every session begins with a conversation and an assessment. From there I draw on whatever your body is asking for: massage, buccal and sculptural face work, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, myofascial cupping, kinesiology and energy work.

The intention is always the same — to bring you into a parasympathetic state, where true healing takes place. Release, ease, and space.
